Te'a rama is Te Fare O Tamatoa's performance group. They perform in Seattle and surrounding cities at various private events as well as community events including the Folklife Festival at the Seattle Center. Other community events include Tacoma's Ethnic Fest and First Night, Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month Celebration in Seattle, and Bellevue's 24-Hour Relay Challenge. They have performed for Grand Master Lu (founder of the Buddhist Temple) at his birthday party in Lynnwood which was also webcast to 6,000 other people around the world. In 2010/2011 they performed for the first time in Seattle Theater Groups Global Dance Party as well as DANCE This at the Moore theater. They have competed in group and solo competitions in Canada (Festival Polynesia) and Las Vegas (Tahiti Taurua Nui I Las Vegas) and hope compete more in the future.
